At Thread to Cloth Women’s Clothing, our customers are our number one priority. If you do not love your purchase, you may return full-price item(s) for a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that sale or clearance merchandise is non-refundable. Processing and shipping fees are also non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued on special-order items, including the Cut Loose Special Order Collection, as all sales are final.

Please include your original packing list with your returned merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn, unlaundered, unaltered, and include all original price tags attached. We recommend that you insure your package and/or send it with a carrier that provides tracking information.

Please email us at info@threadtocloth.com to request a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 7–10 business days from receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.

We value your feedback, so please let us know the reason for your return when contacting us.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please return your original purchase by requesting a return label via email. Once your return has been initiated, please place a new order online. Upon receipt of your new order, your return label shipping cost will be waived.

Please note that exchanges are not accepted on Cut Loose special orders.
