Returns Policy
At Thread to Cloth Women's Clothing, our customers are our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return full-price items for a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. Please note that special ordered, or sale items are non-refundable, and processing/shipping fees are also non-refundable.
Final Sale Items: Refunds are not available for special orders, including the Cut Loose Special Order collection. All sales on these items are final.
Return Instructions:
- Please include your original packing list with the returned items.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unlaundered, unaltered, and have its original price tags attached.
- For your protection, we recommend insuring your package and using a carrier that provides tracking.

If you'd prefer, we can email you a preprinted return label, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Simply contact us at info@threadtocloth.com.
Please allow 7-10 days from the receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.
