You may place an order through our website or by phone. Orders can be placed online through our secure shopping cart system 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. After placing your order, you will receive an electronic confirmation at the email address provided.

In-stock items generally ship within 1–7 business days of receipt of your order. Special-order items usually take 2–6 weeks for production, plus transit time. We will notify you if there are any unusual delays in processing your order. Please note that Cut Loose special orders are non-refundable.

International Orders

At this time, we only ship internationally to Canada & Australia. Orders shipping to Canada will be sent via USPS Priority or UPS for a flat fee of $28.00. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and fees. In-stock international orders generally take 7–21 days for customs clearance and transit.
